Where are your offices?
Grab A deal online is about grabbing deals online. We are an online seller and as such do not have a brick and mortar store, until such a time the need arises. Orders will be shipped or can be collected/delivered by appointment. Best to get in touch via the contact page for such individual requests. We understand trust can be an issue, however we can gladly give referrals to put your mind at ease.
I have seen the starter packs on offer but would like other fragrances rather than the ones stated. What's the process?
With the large variance of fragrances available, the best way would be to view the Fragrance lists on the top of the page. Select the ones you require and pop us an email or WhatsApp via the contact page.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
When an order is placed before 12 noon of a business day, the order will be shipped the next business day. Depending on where you are, shipping normally takes 2 to 3 business days.
Can I rather EFT as I do not feel safe using my card details online?
Yes absolutely! You can use our FNB Banking details and use invoice number for reference. The best way for that will be to contact us via the contact page.
Can I become an agent?
